Phil Jarvis made an extraordinary difference in my life when I met him at the age of 12. Attending a prestigious school like Shawnigan Lake School felt entirely out of reach. As the admissions director, Phil encouraged me in the pursuit of this dream and he gently (but persuasively) convinced my parents of the benefits of a boarding school education. Phil’s influence changed my trajectory for the better and I will be forever grateful.
